     Midnight's children is a Novel by Salman Rushdie in which theametic concept of book dealing with india before independence and after independence central point of view Post Colonialism as india were colonized by British In this movie presented condition of India Pakistan and BangaladeshSalman Rushdie selected the historical event of independence but with fictional aspects.and magical realism and Histrographical metafiction.

PLOT:

  The Plot is very complicated because of the confusion of identity of two young boys who belongs with different community named Shiva ,and Saleem .In this way Saleem was born at the exact movement when India become an independent nation.

So life of Saleem start with the life of independent india got the Telepathic Power even other children who were born at exact 12 o'clock midnight of 14^th August got different kind of power by using his power Saleem created a link with all the states of India .

  In this Film there are so many incidents which reflects Post Colonial aspect and Film we could see two sides of women one side who feel inferior and another who is independent in nature Naseem Saleem's grandmother and Vanita exploid by Methwold Mumtaz (Saleem's mother)

can be seen as colonised women .In this way we can see position of women as inferior .

One more things about movie main characters Saleem come from rich background and shiva come from poor background both have power but only shiva wants to use power which reflects his hate towards wealthy people and feeling of having inferiority by rich people and another while Saleem wanted to help people and nation because he never suffered from

starvation and poverty .

   In climax of movie part we can see How Bangladesh depart from india and after war between India and Pakistan ,Bangladesh come to exist in a new country and Saleem was the only survivor during the war in Bangladesh Saleem converted him self as Bangladeshi .

This scene suggests the central of power the magic of Parvati reflected of people who believed in illusion during the partition and many people have to leave their homeland forcefully and magical escapism of Saleem was the desire of theose migrated people .

   At the end of Movie family has Hindu Grandfather,Christian Grandmother ,and Muslim Father and a son which can be considered as hybrid and contains different identities.

In short Midnight's Children from one of the most accailmed novel by Salman Rushdie emerges this drama Midnigt's Children 2013 Film

Highlight the lives of two individuals born at the same time of Midnight when India achieved it's independence from the British ; and Film is a controversial potboiler that has Romace, Tragedy,and Comedy.

During the time in which Conrad had been living He realized that nature of colonialism has not changed much from Roman time to his days .

But some changed such as weapons and other tools become more sophisticated .In this novel Conrad described the terrible evil of COLONIALISM and EUROPEAN CAPITALIST .Through the character of Marlow’s journey.

The voyage into Congo in which civilized country and how it affected culture of native The Europeans on face level seek to covert the inhabitants of the Congo region to the European way of life.

The behaviour of the white European is narrated by the Novelist with very impressive and effective touches .He portrayed a suitable image of Conge during the European and natives of Congo during colonial’s .

   Another point in this novel that is .As a white man ‘s belief that the natives are suspected as inhuman .the improved and instructed in the European way of life and they think natives are uncultured and irrational they want to out them from this narrowness and uncultured life they want to civilized them some ways as an European Colonizes .if they are be slave that is not problems for European they want and used them as slave.

    Natives are became useful they supplying goods to the Europeans. But they do not take care for them about their health and basic fundamental requirements many of them are dying because of starvation ,poverty, and victimized an unorganized sectors not proper management and care providing by an European .

    In short this novel which i described dark image of European and Africans life. White man torture them merciless and black people are punished if they were break the rules .which is applying by white dominating people.

 Literary critic Horald Bloom wrote that and F.R.Leavis and other who passed their critical views on this novel.

     Far from the madding crowd one of the best novel by Thomas Hardy. Which was published in 1874 was so successful that he was able to give up his job as an architect in order to focus exclusively on writing. Most critics agree that Hardy’s greatest novel are; ‘Far From The Madding Crowd.’ , ‘The Return Of The Native.’, ‘Tess Of The D’urbennvilles.’

Hardy had always enjoyed and excelled at writing poetry as well as fiction and that output of his poems increased in the last thirty years of his life. Hardy does not consider not only a masterful novelist, but also an accomplished poet.

This novel dealing with main characters female protagonist named Bathsheba’s affections. She is rather rich and therefore uninterested in Gabriel Oak, who is only shepherd. However, Gabriel wins Bathsheba affections in the end because he manages to demonstrate the solid worth of his character. It is interesting to note that he also risen in the status to become a farm manager.

Hardy’s characters are psychologically convincing basic character types re in is novels such as the capricious woman represented by Bathsheba in far from madding crowd. Bathsheba is beautiful and rather superficial Bathsheba fall in love with The handsome sergeant Troy. 

Who is far more irresponsible then even she is. in the end of the story Bathsheba has learnt that love can blind a person to defects of character and that what really counts is honesty and integrity also novel consists various themes such as pessimism, women defects and strength resisting industrialism relationship between men and women and country life.

O' Neill was an extreme sociolist and believed that without working together we could not acieve sense of community.

Through the Hairy Ape he shaws us that our society should work togrther like a communist to avoid everyman for themselves

when Mildred a rich girl calls Yank a ' Filthy Beats ' she rejecting him because of fear and hate toward the working class

condition of a working class member of society without prestige or education .

In this play society is shown as a cruel world where the upper class mentality believes in fending for themselves while the working class is more inclined to share his wealth and lead a man

This life may not bridge classes but within it's class a purpose can lead many to live better lives and human regrassion by industrialization .

In other aspects in this play explores the place of human beings in the universe . In an increasingly dehumanized modern society ,the individual no longer is in harmony with nature. And Paddy speaks poetically about in the first scene about the days when ;

“A Ship was part of the sea ,and a man was part of ship ,and the sea joined all together and made it one”

The Hairy Ape draws a stark contrast between that idyllic past and the aliented present ,asking if modern individuals can find a home in mechanistic ,industrial society . O'Neill seems to reject this responsibility .

Yank animal Dramatized through his strenght and physical appearance is constrasted with the fragility of the would be social worker .

And character of Mildred makes a pitiful effort to reach out to those of a lower class but her ancentry has presented her weak and lethargic, and she is unable even to stay concious in Yank's presence .

The conflict between the individual and society is repeated in Yank's fifth avenue resistence with the unfeeling churchgoing marionettes ,who infuriate him with their materialistic delight in the monkey – fur their blindness to his existence . In his encounter with the wobblies ,

Yank continues his quest.
